Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or earrings unless faulty. Final sale items marked “non-returnable” at purchase are excluded from our returns policy.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item
