Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery via DHL or FedEx
    • 10-15 business days delivery after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery via EMS
    • 15-25 business days delivery after dispatch

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These fees are non-refundable if you return your order.

Easy Returns Process

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Follow these simple steps:

    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Return
    Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With all tags attached
    • In original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or earrings unless faulty. Final sale items marked “non-returnable” at purchase are also excluded.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
